My work enables leaders and organisations to see and commit to the bigger picture, as well as gain clarity on both the blocks and the dots that need to be given attention and perhaps joined. I am skilled at asking the right questions and challenging assumptions for the greater good.

Prior to turning my world upside down to run this business, I worked successfully as a senior leader in a FTSE 100 company for more than 15 years. My work spans across business planning and strategy, marketing, employee engagement, cultural change and internal communication. I get it, I’ve been there.  Working as a leader in today’s challenging environment means we have to be willing to learn about ourselves and the impact we have on others if we want to create better places to work.

Clients come from a range organisations of all sizes, from start ups and charities like The Watermill Theatre to large corporates such as ASDA, BT and Sainsbury’s, Vodafone, Channel4, TomTom. More recently the majority of my work has been with creative and digital agencies as well as technology start ups including Intermarketing, We Are Vista, Hatch Communications, The Onlii.

I am a published author, professional speaker, ambassador for IDAS charity and works collaboratively with the not for profit On Road Media.
