I’ve walked in your shoes, I know how the pressure feels. I’ve gone on a deep inner learning journey of my own, experienced burn out from over performing and I’m constantly seeking to find new and innovative ways of bringing courageous leadership and responsible business to life holistically and easily so that you get the results you want with a legacy that means you can sleep at night.

Start at the end
Yep, the most important part of the process, is being crystal clear about what we believe great will look like. If we don’t have a well defined vision, we’ll waste a lot of time and money coming up with great ideas (and they will be great) but they won’t be relevant to your business.
Get down and dirty in the ‘now’
Knowing and focussing on your strengths is really important for any successful organisation as it helps to identify your unique DNA as a manager or leader. Your strengths and your blind spots. Your hopes and your fears.
Open our hearts to the field around us
The relationships we cultivate with people always present a mirror back to us about what’s working or not (if we’re able to decipher the code). Understanding the impact we have on others, our team and our leaders can be invaluable in unlocking our blind spots and getting out of our way.
Reframe the landscape
Redefining the field we operate from through effective tools, techniques and careful exploration. All whilst being held safely and curiously by an expert coach and facilitator. This is where the work (and potential for transformation) really happens. We need to carefully lay down our ego and open our hearts to learning and growing. Then be willing to make the changes necessary to enhance the relationships that matter.
Putting the learning into practise
This part should be easy but not without it’s challenges. Putting into practice in the field what you’re learning, new techniques, refreshing approaches. But it doesn’t end here…. we go out, we try something new, we get information about what works and we learn, ready to wash, rinse repeat again. The learning never ends if we’re open to it. Simple!
