Gift shopping sorted!
This Christmas I’m taking time out to especially recognize all the wonderful support I’ve received this year (so THANKYOU). On that theme I’d like to offer you some festive support in return.
Are you stressed about what to buy for that office secret santa? Idea free about what to buy your loved ones and friends? Well stress no more, this year I’m going to make it easy for you with my very own ‘Guide to Christmas Shopping by personality type’.
As some of you will know, I’m qualified to use DiSC psychometric profiling with my clients, which I use a lot when I’m coaching leaders in business. It can really help with increased self-awareness, better communication with others and a more relaxed approach to differences at work.
So to help you sort out those secret santa decisions, I’ve pulled together a simple chart to help you identify your colleagues and friends and take inspiration from my gift suggestions!
Happy Christmas everyone. I hope 2014 is going to be your BEST year yet.
